Discover

We spend time with the people who do the work, follow a handful of real tasks end to end, and measure where time and money leak. No slides, no theory — we watch the actual workflow and write down what we see.

What you provide

Access to the team for a few short sessions, a look at the systems you run today, and honest answers about what slows people down.

What you end up with

A plain-language map of your highest-cost workflows, ranked by what is worth fixing first and what each fix is likely worth.

Design

We redesign the process on paper before writing a line of code. Often the biggest win is removing steps, not adding a tool. Only once the workflow is right do we decide what software — if any — it needs, and whether AI belongs in it at all.

What you provide

Feedback on the proposed workflow and sign-off from the people who will live with it day to day.

What you end up with

A clear design: the new workflow, the systems it touches, what gets built, where it runs, and the measure we will hold it to.

Build & deploy

We build in short iterations and put working software in front of your team early. Everything connects to the tools you already run. When the work is sensitive, it runs on your own hardware and your data never leaves the building.

What you provide

A point of contact for questions, test users from the team, and the environment — your cloud or your servers — to deploy into.

What you end up with

A working system in production, integrated with your existing tools, with your team trained to use it.

Optimize

We track the measure we agreed in Design, tune the system against real use, and fix what the first weeks reveal. Then we hand over a documented, maintainable system — or stay on and run it as your AI team.

What you provide

Usage feedback from the team and a decision on whether you want to own the system or have us keep running it.

What you end up with

Measured results against the original baseline, full documentation, and a clear path forward — owned by you or run by us.
